In general, cookies are used to retain user preferences, store information for things like shopping baskets, and provide anonymous tracking data to third party applications like Google Analytics. As a rule, cookies will make your browsing experience better.
The cookies we use can be categorised according to those identified by the ICC UK Cookie guide, as follows:
Category 1: Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential in order to enable you to move around the website and use its features, such as accessing secure areas of the website. Without these cookies services you have asked for, like shopping baskets or e-billing, cannot be provided.
We use these on our site to handle security tokens during the subscriber login process to identify that you are logged in.
Category 2: Performance cookies
These cookies collect information about how visitors use a website, for instance which pages visitors go to most often, and if they get error messages from web pages. These cookies don’t collect information that identifies a visitor. All information these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. It is only used to improve how a website works.
We may use these on our site in the display of notices and promotions to visitors, and to ensure they are not shown to ‘remembered’ visitors within certain parameters. We also use third party cookies where the data is limited to our use only for managing the performance of the site.
Category 3: Functionality cookies
These cookies allow the website to remember choices you make (such as your user name, language or the region you are in) and provide enhanced, more personal features.
We use these on our site to remember choices you have made, for example in filling forms or to not be shown a notice again.
However, you may prefer to disable cookies on this site and on others. The most effective way to do this is to disable cookies in your browser. We suggest consulting the Help section of your browser or taking a look at the All About Cookies website which offers guidance for all modern browsers.
Our monthly newsletter includes new product photos & pricing, behind the scenes details, photographs of bespoke products we’ve made for customers, discount codes and more.
We may also contact you occasionally with announcements we feel may be of interest.
We will never share your personal information (name, address, email, etc.) with any third party or send you unsolicited email.
Customers who wish to purchase from this site must register and create an account to do so. We ask you to submit your name, email address, subscription and postcode. Wholesale customers are asked to provide VAT. We do not store your credit card information on this site.
The information you submit is for no other purpose than processing your order and allowing us to identify you in case you have difficulties, or contacting you with respect to your order.
In accordance with the GDPR ( General Data Protection Regulation ) you are entitled by law to ask us to remove your details from our records, which we shall do on your request within 7 days.
